Hunan Central South University Second Xiangya Hospital 2015 Recruitment Notice

Due to the development needs of the hospital, our hospital is now recruiting a number of various professional talents from the public (see attachment 1 for details). We warmly welcome qualified personnel to apply for various positions in our hospital.

1. Applications for medical, scientific research, pharmacy and medical technology professional positions:

(1) Please see Appendix 1 for details of the registration requirements for each position.

(2) Registration procedure:

Step one: register online. From now until December 31, 2014, applicants should refer to the template in Attachment 2, fill in their personal information according to the listed items, and send Attachment 2 as an attachment to the email with the subject "Name—Applying Department". xyeyy2015zp@126.com email.

Step 2: On-site confirmation. Applicants should prepare the originals and copies of the following materials themselves or entrust others to go to Room 1307, Science and Education Building, Second Xiangya Hospital from December 26 to 31, 2014 (excluding holidays) for confirmation procedures. Overdue applications will not be accepted. (Failing on-site confirmation will be deemed as giving up the qualification)

(3) Materials required for on-site confirmation:

1. 1 resume

2. Identity Certificate

3. "Graduate Recommendation Form" and student ID card

4. Bachelor's and master's degree certificates, degree certificates and "Ministry of Education Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Form"; The "Ministry of Education's Student Status Online Verification Report" is provided for those who have not graduated.

5. Published papers in journals (included by SCI For articles, a search certificate issued by the library must be submitted); if you host or participate in a scientific research project, you must provide a project contract; if you receive a scientific research award, you must provide an award certificate; proof of English proficiency level

6. Physician qualification certificate and practice certificate (Only provided by applicants for physician positions)

7. Certificate of returnees from overseas studies (provided by applicants who have been abroad for more than six consecutive months)

2. Applicants for nursing positions:

(1) Registration conditions for nursing positions: Must be full-time graduates with a bachelor's degree or above in 2015 (previous students, part-time students, and preparatory students are not allowed to apply).

(2) Registration procedures:

Adopt on-site registration, submit materials and receive the "Admission Ticket". (Failure to receive the admission ticket is deemed to have given up the qualification to apply)

Graduates from colleges outside the province can first send Attachment 3 as an attachment to xyeyy2015zp@126.com with the subject of "Name—Nursing" Email, and submit the registration information when receiving the admission ticket (you can entrust others to handle the registration procedures on your behalf).

(3) The following materials are required for registration:

1. 1 copy of the registration form with photos (download attachment 3)

2. Resume 1 Copy

3. Ministry of Education student status online verification report

6. 1 recent one-inch color photo (for application for admission ticket)

(4) Registration date: from now until December 31, 2014 (excluding holidays)

(6) If applicants for nursing positions are officially hired by the hospital, they must submit their graduation certificate, registration certificate, and nurse license examination passing transcript (all are indispensable) when reporting.

3. Applicants must ensure that the content they fill in is true and accurate. If it is contrary to the facts, the registration and employment qualifications will be cancelled.
