Hr English Interview in Foreign Enterprises

Since last year, I have interviewed many large and small foreign-funded enterprises. Now let's list the common problems in the interview of foreign companies.

When interviewing in a foreign company, there are three recognized high-frequency problems. They are:

Question 1: Why are you interested in working in this company?

Question 2: Why should I hire you?

Question 3: Tell me about yourself.

I think these three problems can actually be solved in a package. When you are ready, take one as three. Let's look at the first question first: "Why are you interested in working in this company?"

In fact, when the examiner asks such a question, what he wants to hear is not entirely your understanding of the company-although this is very important, what they want to hear is your positioning of yourself, because-what kind of people choose what kind of company, what kind of company also chooses what kind of people. Therefore, you should have a clear understanding of the company's history, management model, business model, company culture and the position of the position you are applying for in the whole company structure through various channels before the interview. Your answer can be developed from the following ideas:

Part number 1. How much do you know about the company?

I know that your company is a company with ...

Your company's culture emphasizes very much. ...

The position you offered/I applied for needs …

The second part. Your statement of your abilities and qualifications:

My major in college is ...

I am very experienced in ... ..

I am good at ...

When I worked in company X, I completed some really difficult procedures through leadership/cooperation.

I remember ... but I finally beat it ... which helped me build a sense of cooperation. ...

I am in good mental and physical condition, so I can go beyond my job description.

The third part. Your confidence:

What I have completely meets your requirements, and I think I may be the one you are looking for.

Question 2: "Why should I hire you?"

Question 3: "Tell me about yourself"

If you are fully prepared for the first question and can easily deal with it, then what you have to do when facing the second and third questions is very simple. You just need to say the condensed version of all your answers, that is, part2 and part 3. Such an answer may still not make you stand out from many competitors, so what you need more is to work hard on the content of the language. Stories are always more touching than empty words. I suggest you use vivid stories to illustrate your own characteristics, which can be diligence, thinking, cooperation and overall concept. In a word, a unique story is better than the dry nonsense of 100, and it can quickly distinguish you from others. Come on, pack up your story and tell it.

I wish you all success!
