Job Description: Responsible for the management of the company's claims department.

Work content:

1. Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's claims plan;

2. Responsible for the daily management of the auto insurance claims department, and organize the implementation of various rules and regulations formulated by the management center;

3. Responsible for organizing auto insurance claims and recovery, and ensuring that claims and service quality meet the standards;

4. Responsible for organizing and undertaking customer reporting, taking photos and determining losses, and answering insurance business expertise for customers;

5. Be responsible for the formulation of claims policy and related matters of system improvement;

6. Promote business development, assist relevant departments of the company to build claims maintenance channels, and provide a quality service platform for business development.

Qualifications:

Educational background:

Bachelor degree or above, major in insurance and law is preferred.

Training experience:

◆ Insurance broker or agent qualification certificate is preferred.

Experience:

At least 6 years working experience in insurance industry (or automobile industry);

Engaged in salary work for more than 3 years and salary management for more than 2 years;

Have negotiation experience and resources in 4S shops and repair shops.

Skills and techniques:

Rich theoretical knowledge and analysis ability of auto insurance and property insurance, strong data processing and communication and coordination ability;

Leadership, result-oriented, team building, communication and coordination and management skills, familiar with the company's claims management skills;

Strong organization and coordination ability;

Familiar with the evaluation market and maintenance market within the jurisdiction.
