Beijing Anzhen Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University was established in 1984. It integrates medicine, teaching, research, innovation, scientific management, and cultural construction. It is a Grade III A hospital focusing on the treatment of cardiopulmonary and vascular diseases. and other general hospitals, leading the country in the cardiovascular field.

1. Recruitment targets
< p> Fresh graduates in 2022 included in the national unified enrollment plan (including graduates who are employed for the first time within two years), people who have returned from overseas studies (in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Education’s study abroad dispatch policy), and social personnel with Beijing household registration.2. Basic recruitment conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and abide by the Constitution and laws;
(2) Have good conduct, love medical and health care, and have a good sense of teamwork, professional ethics and dedication;
(3) Have the professional knowledge and skills required for the position and adapt to the position Required physical conditions;
(4) Graduate students must pass CET-6, and those who have returned from studying abroad must provide corresponding foreign language score certificates; they have excellent grades during school and have no make-up exam records; they must obtain the certificate when they are dispatched after graduation Corresponding academic qualifications and degrees;

3. Registration method and time
Registration method: Applicants please send the "Recruiter Registration Form" (Annex 2) as an attachment to zhaopin6207@126.com. Each candidate is limited to applying for 1 position.

IV. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Qualification Review
The Human Resources Department will review the qualifications of applicants based on the recruitment conditions. Qualification review runs through the entire open recruitment process. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. Anyone who provides false information or forged materials will be disqualified once discovered. If a person who has gone through the employment procedures cancels his employment, he shall be responsible for all consequences arising therefrom.
(2) Preliminary examination
The preliminary examination includes a written test and department interview. The content of the written test is relevant professional knowledge. It adopts a closed-book method, with a full score of 100 points and a qualifying score of 60 points. Those who pass the written test will be selected for interview in the department. The written test and department interview scores will be included in the preliminary test score with a weight of 60% and 40%. The time and location of the written examination and department interview will be notified later.
The full score of the initial test is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Candidates for the re-examination will be determined based on the scores in the preliminary examination from high to low and in a ratio of 1:3. For positions that do not reach 1:3, the actual number of people whose scores are not lower than the passing line will participate in the re-examination.
(3) Re-examination
The re-examination is based on a hundred-point system, and the interviewers in the hospital will evaluate the candidates. The time and location of the re-examination will be notified later. The scores of the preliminary test and retest will be included in the comprehensive score with a weight of 40% and 60%.
(4) Physical examination and public announcement
Based on the overall ranking, candidates for the physical examination will be determined in a ratio of 1:1. The physical examination standards refer to the "General Medical Examination Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)". If there are vacancies in each recruitment position, the employing department and the hospital will decide whether to postpone the recruitment. After approval by the Dean's Office Meeting and the Party Committee of the hospital, candidates who have passed the assessment and physical examination will be posted in the hospital for seven working days. If there is no objection to the announcement, the entry procedures will be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
5. Benefits
The staff who are to be admitted to the hospital will be paid in accordance with the relevant regulations of Beijing and the hospital.
