2. Interview content

The interview content of the candidates applying for middle school is the textbook of the corresponding subject in the second grade of junior high school (the courses that are not offered in the second grade will be changed to the textbook of the third grade, such as junior high school chemistry), and the interview content of the candidates in the primary school is the textbook of the corresponding subject in the fifth grade of primary school. The interview questions are scheduled by the foreign teacher the day before the interview and are conducted in an absolutely confidential environment.

3. Interview grouping

According to the characteristics of the subject, according to the principle that the scope of students' subjects is unified and the grading standards of students' subjects are relatively unified, the interview candidates are divided into 14 interview groups, and the interview is completed in two days.

4. Interview scores

In order to ensure the fairness and justice of the interview results, each interview team scores the interview results of the top three candidates in the interview order of this group, and the examiner of the interview team scores each candidate after unifying the scoring standards. When there are multiple interview groups in the same subject, we will correct the interview results. The formula is: the final score of the candidate = the score of the candidate in the interview group × (the average score of all candidates in the same position ÷ the average score of the candidates in the interview group where the candidate is located). When calculating the average score in the formula, the abnormal values (abnormally high and abnormally low scores) should be excluded first, and then 1 or the two highest and lowest scores should be excluded.

5, the total score calculation method

The written test scores and interview scores account for 50% respectively according to the same weight (for example, the total score of written test subjects is 200, while the actual score of candidates is 120, the full score of interviews is 100, and the score is 80, so the final total score of candidates is 120×(50/200)+80×(50).
