Shanwei, Guangdong Province, does not grant fishing boats and township licenses to foreigners because:

Only people's livelihood fishing boats that meet the conditions for safe production can apply for fishing boat township licenses.

Moreover, to apply for a fishing boat township license, you need to meet the following conditions before you can do it:

1) Household register of fishing vessel owner or business license of enterprise legal person;

(2) documents certifying the ownership of fishing vessels;

(3) fishing vessel inspection certificate and fishing vessel name verification;

(four) photos of fishing boats reflecting the overall picture and main features of the ship;

(5) Certificate of cancellation of registration of ownership of fishing vessels issued by the original port of registry (except for manufacturing fishing vessels);

(6) Approval letter of fishing net tool index for fishing boats and fishing auxiliary boats;

(seven) the fishing license held by the owner of the fishing boat;

(eight) the approval documents for the import of fishing vessels and the customs clearance certificate.
