1, xingguo temple Tower
Taiping xingguo temple Tower, also known as Dongguan Tower, is located in Taiping xingguo temple County, Dongguan City. Built in the early Song Dynasty, it has been abandoned by Bingzun Temple for generations. The tower is an eight-story, six-ribbed pavilion-style brick tower with spiral steps, 30 meters above the ground and 7.06 meters in diameter.
There are shrines and patterns, fake doors and windows inside and outside the tower. The archways decorated with waist eaves are all imitation wood structures, with solemn and honest appearance, which are important ancient buildings in Weishi County. Xingguo temple Tower was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit in June 2006.
2. Bronze bell
The bronze bell, also known as the Song bronze bell, was originally hung in Taiping xingguo temple, Dongguan, the county seat, and is an important facility and part of the temple together with Taiping xingguo temple Tower. Song Zhenzong Xianping was cast in the second year (AD 999) 1 1 28th, and hung in the third year on April17th. The bronze bell is five feet five inches high, one foot around and two inches five minutes thick. The form is vigorous and the craft is excellent.
