For those who have passed the qualification examination and achieved effective results in the theoretical examination, preferential policies for extra points will be implemented. (4) Examination. Candidates print the admission ticket according to the notice, and then take the theoretical examination and skill examination at the designated time and place with the admission ticket and resident ID card. Full marks in theory test and skill test 100.
The specific time arrangement, form and method of skill assessment (60 points for operational skills and 40 points for comprehensive quality) shall be determined by the employer, and the personnel who have passed the qualification review shall be notified by mail, telephone and other forms.
The total scores of theoretical examination and skill assessment are converted according to the percentage system, of which the theoretical examination scores (including policy bonus points) account for 40% and the skill assessment scores account for 60%.
(5) Determine the pre-selected objects. According to the ratio of 1:2, the employer determines the pre-selected objects from high to low according to the total scores of theoretical examination and skill assessment. Among them, the skill assessment score of less than 60 points shall not be used as the pre-selection object; If the total score is the same, the ranking shall be determined in turn according to the skill assessment score and the operation skill sub-score.
(6) Physical examination and political assessment. The employing unit shall uniformly organize the pre-selected objects to undergo physical examination in the prescribed medical institutions. Applicants who have doubts about the results of physical examination may apply to the employer for re-examination within 3 days after receiving the results of physical examination. Among them, medical institutions will not re-examine the items that can affect the examination results by taking drugs or other treatment methods, and the conclusion of physical examination will be subject to the conclusion of initial examination. In accordance with the provisions of the need for re-examination, the employer shall organize the implementation, and the physical examination results shall be subject to the re-examination conclusion. If the pre-selected objects pass the physical examination, the employing unit shall organize the political examination.
Candidates voluntarily give up the qualifications to be employed, and the employer can make up for them from the pre-selected candidates who have passed the physical examination and political examination in turn according to the total scores of theoretical examination and skill assessment.
(8) Examining and approving employment. The term of the first employment contract shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions on the management of employment contracts for military civilian personnel. New employees will have a two-month probation period.
