What documents do you need to run a taxi?

Driving a taxi requires the following documents:

1, driver's license;

2, road transport practitioners qualification certificate;

3. Taxi driver's license;

4. driver's license;

5. Health certificate processing;

Taxi license requires the following materials:

1. One original and one copy of my qualification certificate;

2, the public security license issuance notice, taxi management office of the Municipal Public Transport Bureau;

3. 1 driver's photo with car number and name on the back;

4. Registration form of employment certificate stamped with the official seal of the unit.

To sum up, driving a taxi requires a motor vehicle driver's license and a qualification certificate for road transport personnel. If some areas need to provide internal posts, the Traffic Management Bureau will issue service supervision cards. The maximum age for driving a taxi is 60, and you can't drive after 60.

"Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Road Transport" Article 5 The Ministry of Transport is responsible for the management of road transport practitioners throughout the country.

The transportation departments of local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for organizing and leading the management of road transport practitioners within their respective administrative areas, and are specifically responsible for the management of road transport practitioners within their respective administrative areas.

Road transport management institutions at or above the county level shall be specifically responsible for the management of drivers, motor vehicle maintenance technicians, motor vehicle driving training coaches, road transport managers and other road transport practitioners within their respective administrative areas.

Article 15

To apply for the qualification examination for drivers of commercial road passenger and freight transport, an application shall be made to the municipal road transport management institution at its domicile or temporary residence, and the Application Form for Qualification Examination for Drivers of Commercial Road Passenger and Freight Transport shall be filled out. And provide the following materials:

(a) identity certificate and a copy;

(2) Motor vehicle driver's license and its copy;

(three) to apply for the qualification examination of road passenger drivers, it shall also provide a certificate issued by the competent department of road traffic safety that there is no record of major traffic accidents within 3 years.
