When I mention my hometown - Huayin, Shaanxi, I can't help but think of those beautiful mountains, delicious food and the small urban area that makes me proud.

The beauty of Huashan Mountain

Huayin is famous for its Huashan Mountain in the south. The best altitude of Mount Huashan is more than 2,000 kilometers. It is part of the Qinling Mountains and one of the five mountains in China - Huashan. Huashan is named because of its danger, and it is also a must-stop place for Chinese and foreign tourists coming to Shaanxi. A high-speed rail station was built in the north of Huayin City (but it is a small county after all, there is no subway, underground parking lot or taxi) called "Huashan North Station". Directly opposite Huashan North Station is the widest and most beautiful road in Huayin - 40 Meter Avenue (now it has been expanded to 80 meters wide, and it was named 40 Meter Avenue because it was only 40 meters wide at first). The 40 Meter Avenue leads directly to Huayin The iconic building - Baolian Lantern (passing the Huayin entrance of Lianhuo Expressway on the way). The lotus lantern is famous for the story of agarwood splitting the mountain to save his mother. The best time to view the lotus lantern is in the evening. To the south of the Baolian Lantern is the largest square in Huayin, also called the "Ecological Park". The ecological park has a "Huashan Tourist Information Center" where you can buy tickets, rest, etc. There are two ways to go up Mount Huashan: going up the mountain directly and taking a sightseeing cable car up the mountain. Going up the mountain directly can experience the dangers of Huashan Mountain, while taking a sightseeing cable car up the mountain can enjoy its beautiful scenery.

"Food" is a dialect meaning food. "Mutton Pao Mo" is the representative of Shaanxi cuisine. Huayin's "Laomajia Mutton Pao" is said to be a high-quality product and is full every day; Shaanxi's Roujiamo is a famous snack, and the most famous one in Huayin is Beihuan The "Fat Woman" Roujiamo in the east section of the road; pasta is also a famous delicacy in Shaanxi. There are all kinds of delicious noodles in the "Mengji Dandao Noodles" near the "Fat Woman" Roujiamo; and Xiqiao The hemp food dumplings nearby; the Mali rice noodle house; the pot helmets on Nanhuan Road; Qin Ma’s hot pot; and various delicacies in the three streets of Huanxiang Street...

Huayin is not a city, but the people of Huayin are moving towards the city step by step. The supermarkets in Huayin are improving from Jiajing to Ruhai to Huiou.
