Part 1

Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in professional knowledge related to psychological counseling and psychotherapy, and grasp the latest development direction of the profession at home and abroad;

Part 2

Job responsibilities:

Daily management of the psychological counseling call center, including but not limited to: daily operation management of the call center, process management, quality monitoring, complaint handling, etc.;

Consultation cases review, risk assessment, follow-up of special consulting cases, communication with consultants;

Consultant and trainer resource development and information management;

Provide home consulting for client companies, Psychological crisis intervention for individuals and groups;

Provide necessary project support to the project team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, applied psychology, sociology, education, social work and other related majors or other equivalent professional education background (such as level 2 psychological counselor)

300 hours or more of practical experience in individual and group psychological counseling, and practical experience in psychological crisis intervention;

Strong ability to withstand stress, proactive communication, and a sense of teamwork;

Job responsibilities:

Job requirements:
