Psychological counselor job responsibilities

Part 1

Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on relevant testing data such as equipment and instruments, monitor the psychological growth, personality development, etc. of visitors including teenagers and children. 6. Manage the operation and maintenance of customer service at the front desk of the entire platform, and do a good job in in-store sales management and training;

7. Participate in the marketing department’s course design and Promotion, regular discussion and sharing of consulting cases, and strengthening in-depth research and development in the field of consulting;

8. Complete daily online promotion tasks and sales tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Proficient in professional knowledge related to psychological counseling and psychotherapy, and grasp the latest development direction of the profession at home and abroad;

2. Good Professional image, strong communication and interpersonal skills;

3. Familiar with the psychology and education and training industries, and have a good network of industry resources and contacts;

Part 2

Job responsibilities:

Daily management of the psychological counseling call center, including but not limited to: daily operation management of the call center, process management, quality monitoring, complaint handling, etc.;

Consultation cases review, risk assessment, follow-up of special consulting cases, communication with consultants;

Consultant and trainer resource development and information management;

Provide home consulting for client companies, Psychological crisis intervention for individuals and groups;

Provide necessary project support to the project team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, applied psychology, sociology, education, social work and other related majors or other equivalent professional education background (such as level 2 psychological counselor)

300 hours or more of practical experience in individual and group psychological counseling, and practical experience in psychological crisis intervention;

Strong ability to withstand stress, proactive communication, and a sense of teamwork;

Job responsibilities:

1. Provide professional emotional help to customers through face-to-face interviews, WeChat, and telephone communication, and conduct in-depth analysis and analysis of customer emotional problems Counseling.

2. Help customers change their thinking emotionally: whoever suffers will change;

3. Provide customers with high-end personal coaching services;

Job requirements:

1. Those with professional certificates as psychological counselors, psychological training qualification certifications, marriage and family counselors and other related certificates are preferred;
