Visit Zhenhai Middle School

Zhenhai Middle School has always been my yearning place. Ren and I had the honor to participate in the first children's audio art competition held by XX Zhenhai Radio Station. But at that time, due to the rush of time, I just glanced at it, and then I didn't have a chance to go. This Sunday, the sun is shining, and I can't wait to take my mother to Zhenhai Middle School after my class at Yale.

Walking through the Drum Tower, the magnificent gate of Zhenhai Middle School suddenly appeared. At first glance, it is a few vigorous and powerful gold characters inscribed by Mr. Guo Moruo. Just as I was about to enter the door, I was stopped by the security guard. My mother and I spent a long time trying to get us in. As soon as I entered the school gate, I stepped on the green slate under my feet and began to appreciate it slowly. There are trees on both sides of the road and a small park on each side. There are two pavilions in the park, the Respect for Teachers Pavilion and the Roushi Pavilion. Go further inside and you will come to Chi Pan. In front of Chi Pan, the motto of Zhenhai Middle School is "inspirational, enterprising, diligent and healthy". There are three dish water bridges in the middle of the pond. The water in the pond under the bridge is crystal clear, and the goldfish in the pond swim leisurely. It is said that Chi Pan is also the place where Yu Qian, an outstanding patriotic general, died for his country.

Crossing the Panshui Bridge and Dacheng Gate, two rows of tall and green pines and cypresses suddenly appeared in front of us, guarding the magnificent Dacheng Hall like solemn soldiers. The cornice of Dacheng Hall is upturned, with a height of17m. From the outside to the inside, there is a model of Zhenhai Middle School in the middle, surrounded by a dazzling array of paintings and calligraphy works, which are really antique. The medals won by Zhenhai Middle School are hung on the east wall of Dacheng Hall, which records the historical process of Zhenhai Middle School. Bypassing Dacheng Hall and crossing Ziyin Bridge, there is a large-scale gymnasium, a warm and cold swimming pool, an indoor basketball court and all kinds of sports equipment with complete functions. Next to the Sports Museum is Ziyin Mountain with a long history, with beautiful scenery and fragrant smell. On the cliff in Shandong, there are four big characters, each four feet square, vigorous and powerful, and three majestic and realistic stone generals stand in front of the cliff. There are six ancient cannons on the mountain around the pavilion of Kung Fu Jigong. These ancient cannons face the East China Sea and stand tall, as if they were the patron saint of Zhenhai people. Standing on Ziyin Mountain, you can see the magnificent track and field at a glance. Some students are playing basketball fiercely. ...

Unconsciously, the sun has set, and we reluctantly left Zhenhai Middle School. On the way home, I thought to myself: How wonderful it would be if I could study in this elegant environment and profound historical and cultural heritage in the future!
