Legal analysis: 1. Educational requirements: full-time doctoral degree (degree), economics major;

2. More than 5 years of research work experience in the financial and insurance industry, familiar with insurance companies Priority will be given to those who are familiar with the operation and management process;

3. Be able to organize and complete the writing of macroeconomic policies and industry research reports; have strong writing skills, logical analysis skills and communication skills; have a strong sense of work responsibility and team cohesion;

4. Stable and down-to-earth personality, with good professional ethics;

5. 45 years old and below, in good health.

Legal basis: "Labor Contract Law of the People's Republic of China"

Article 16 The labor contract shall be agreed upon between the employer and the employee, and shall be finalized by the employer and the employee. The person shall sign or stamp the labor contract text to take effect.

The employer and the employee each hold one copy of the labor contract text.

Article 17 The labor contract shall have the following clauses:

(1) The name, address and legal representative or principal person in charge of the employer;

(2) The employee’s name, address and resident ID card or other valid ID number;

(3) Labor contract term;

(4) Work content and work location;

(5) Working hours, rest and vacations;

(6) Labor remuneration;

(7) Social insurance;

( 8) Labor protection, working conditions and occupational hazard protection;

(9) Other matters that should be included in the labor contract as stipulated by laws and regulations.

In addition to the necessary clauses stipulated in the preceding paragraph in the labor contract, the employer and the employee may agree on other matters such as probation period, training, confidentiality, supplementary insurance and welfare benefits.
