Faced with this problem, Volkswagen gave a solution: removing unnecessary drain valves in the intake pipeline and strengthening the drainage function. However, in the face of such a solution, car owners also expressed their concerns, which will also reduce the wading depth of Touareg.

In view of the above defects, Volkswagen has filed a recall plan with the relevant state departments a few days ago, which will be officially implemented on April 30, and will open a one-to-one "exclusive channel" from March 15.
