The "Decision of the Qingdao Municipal People's Government on Retaining and Cancelling Municipal Administrative Licensing Matters" was issued on Adopted by the 13th executive meeting of the Municipal People's Government on December 14, 2004, it is hereby promulgated and shall come into effect on the date of promulgation.

Decisions on matters

In accordance with the provisions of the "Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations, and in accordance with the unified deployment of the State Council and the provincial government, our city has carried out administrative examination and approval matters at the municipal level. Full cleanup. It has been decided to retain 349 administrative licenses and cancel 128 administrative licenses. For reserved administrative licensing matters, all relevant administrative agencies and organizations shall regulate administrative licensing activities in accordance with the law, publicize the basis, conditions, procedures, deadlines, etc. for implementing administrative licensing to the public, and implement them strictly in accordance with the law. Relevant administrative agencies and organizations may no longer implement canceled administrative licensing matters, but must formulate corresponding measures based on the actual situation to effectively strengthen follow-up supervision and management. Administrative licensing matters newly established by laws and regulations after the announcement of this decision will not be announced separately by the municipal government, and relevant administrative agencies and organizations will implement them in accordance with laws and regulations.
