Geographical environment of Guangyuan economic and technological development zone

Guangyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone is the third batch of provincial key economic development zones announced by the National Development and Reform Commission in 2006. It is a new comprehensive economic development zone focusing on industrial development and integrating modern logistics and tourism development. The development zone is 1.5km away from Guangyuan central city, with a planned area of 22.7km2, and has now expanded to about 100.3 km2, with a total population of 36,000. At present, the National New Industrialization Demonstration Base, National Advanced Electronic Products and Supporting Materials High-tech Industrialization Base, Sichuan integration of defense and civilian technologies High-tech Industrialization Base, Sichuan New Industrialization Demonstration Base and Provincial High-tech Industrial Park have been built.

In the Economic Development Zone, seven distinctive industrial development concentration areas and 1 park supporting living service areas have been formed, including Yuanjiaba Industrial Park (including Sichuan-Zhejiang Cooperative Industrial Park), Wang Jiaying Industrial Park (including Tashanwan Civil-Military Industrial Park), Panlong Industrial Park (including Pharmaceutical Industrial Park), Shilong Industrial Park, Shipan Foreign Capital Utilization Industrial Park, Bao Zhao Export Processing Park, Xiaxi Modern Logistics Park and Huijiagou Residents' Living Service Area. Guangyuan Economic Development Zone has formed a "3+5" industrial system with nonferrous metals, electronic machinery, food and beverage, biomedicine, textiles and clothing, new materials, new energy vehicles and modern service industries as the main bodies.

20121211the State Council agreed that Sichuan Guangyuan economic development zone should be upgraded to a state-level economic and technological development zone, named Guangyuan economic and technological development zone, and the current policies of the state-level economic and technological development zone should be implemented.

Yuanjiaba Industrial Park (including Sichuan-Zhejiang Cooperative Industrial Park) covers an area of 4.5 square kilometers. Mainly develop electrolytic aluminum and deep processing and support the development of other industries. It has settled in nine aluminum processing enterprises above designated size, such as Qixing, Qiyuan Carbon, Huaxing, Annie Ann, Jiesheng and Jinhong. The production capacity of electrolytic aluminum is 6.5438+200,000 tons, that of anode carbon is 6.5438+200,000 tons, that of aluminum processing is 80,000 tons, and that of automobile wheels is 6.5438+200,000. With the entry of China Aluminum, the park will develop into an industrial park with the processing capacity of 500,000 tons of electrolytic aluminum, 360,000 tons of aluminum and 654.38 million tons of waste aluminum.

A 2-square-kilometer Sichuan-Zhejiang cooperative industrial park is planned in the southeast of the park, which mainly develops textiles, building materials, machinery, new materials and other industries. Jingxing Paper, Lantian Clothing, Longteng Textile, Shineng Smart Port and other 19 enterprises have settled down with a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan.

Wang Jiaying Industrial Park (including Tashanwan Military and Civilian Industrial Park) covers an area of 2.3 square kilometers. Focus on the development of food and beverage, electronic machinery and other industrial projects with high scientific and technological content and added value, low energy consumption and little environmental pollution. The park has settled in more than 20 enterprises above designated size, such as Sichuan Electronic Military Industry Group, Zhejiang Wahaha, Sichuan Changhong Xinrui, Jingao Food and Feiya New Materials.

Panlong Industrial Park (including Pharmaceutical Industrial Park) covers an area of 5.5 square kilometers. Among them, the northern planned pharmaceutical industrial park 1.500 mu is a concentrated development area of pharmaceutical enterprises in Guangyuan City for post-disaster recovery and reconstruction, mainly engaged in the research and development and production of drugs and instruments, which has fully formed and realized the centralized development of the pharmaceutical industry. Seven enterprises including Xinhua Pharmaceutical, Baoxin Ke Rong, Taixing Pharmaceutical, Kelun Pharmaceutical and Jinshan Pharmaceutical have settled down. Southern planning 1 1,000 mu is Guangyuan Automobile City, which will be built into an automobile city integrating automobile sales, insurance claims, maintenance, fixed loss recovery, second-hand car trading, on-site inspection, online trading, financial services and living facilities.

Shilong Industrial Park covers an area of 2.2 square kilometers. Focus on the development of machinery manufacturing, energy conservation and environmental protection, new building materials and other industries. Luxury building materials, calcium sulfate whiskers, Shunda Wood, Sany Heavy Industry Manufacturing, Tengzhong Heavy Industry, Hanmei Petroleum Fracturing Proppant and other 8 enterprises above designated size.

Shipan Industrial Park Utilizing Foreign Capital and Bao Zhao Export Processing Zone (under planning)

Xiaxi Modern Logistics Park covers an area of 1.26 square kilometers. Build a logistics transportation platform based on comprehensive transportation system, a logistics information platform based on network technology, a logistics warehousing and distribution platform based on large-scale warehousing and automatic management, and promote logistics integration, informationization and standardization. The storage facilities in the park are 200,000 square meters, and there are more than 20 logistics enterprises such as South Railway Station Freight Yard, National Grain and Oil Reserve, Tobacco Logistics, Xinhua Wenxuan Logistics, Jin Shun Automobile Logistics, Xiangchi Automobile Trade and Kerun Pharmaceutical Logistics.

Huijiagou residential area relies on Huijiagou and Lizhou West Road to form a supporting living service area for residential areas and industrial parks. Planning and construction of shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals, schools and other supporting services, development of employee apartments, rental houses, so that the park staff gathered here, basically completed the park supporting living service area.
