Victoria nuland's introduction

Victoria nuland, female, was born in 196 1. Graduated from Brown University and served as the permanent representative of the United States to NATO. On may 27th, 20 1 1 was appointed as the spokesman of the State Council, replacing philip crowley who resigned. 20 13 resigned as the State Council's spokesperson, and was appointed Assistant Secretary of State for European Affairs in May of the same year.
