This enterprise is a famous large-scale group enterprise in Qingdao, and its main business is food export warehousing and processing. At the same time, its application in e-commerce and the scale of modern logistics are considerable, and it is a modern enterprise. Therefore, my internship in this enterprise can make my previous professional knowledge be applied in practice, and also enable me to gain more work experience. Therefore, when I accepted the internship in this company, I made up my mind to work hard and rigorously, complete all the tasks seriously, observe by myself at work, organize and coordinate various departments, integrate with the surrounding environment, improve my work experience and apply theoretical knowledge to practical work.

My internship lasted from February 28th, 2005 to April 22nd, 2005. In the first week, the company gave me relevant vocational training, mainly introducing employees, working environment and company regulations. As an assistant to the general manager, my main job is to assist the general manager, including sending documents, recording telephone calls, issuing instructions, faxing and sending and receiving letters. Because this job is easy to observe the overall operation mode of the enterprise, it is better to compare the professional knowledge learned with the reality.

At the beginning of the work, I was unfamiliar with the personnel and working environment, so my work efficiency was low, and there were some mistakes, such as sending the wrong quotation, sending the wrong documents and instructions. However, it was made up later, and it did not cause economic losses. At the same time, we should sum up experience, try our best to communicate and coordinate with employees, understand personnel relations, adapt to the enterprise environment, and gradually become familiar with business skills, making it easier to deal with similar work.

Because of my proficiency in business, business leaders have improved my trust and given me some complicated work. During the internship, it was the peak season of food processing and export, and the logistics, transportation and warehousing were busy. So the business leader assigned me to do some warehousing-related work while being an assistant to the general manager. The enterprise has a number of large warehouses, mainly low-temperature warehouses, equipped with storage vehicles such as stackers and forklifts, as well as a number of trucks, insulated trucks and refrigerated trucks of various tonnage, as well as professional logistics standard facilities such as container stacking places and container gantry cranes. Here, I mainly help to manage a low-temperature frozen warehouse. My tasks are as follows:

Supervise employees to store high-rise/stacking shelves in low-temperature warehouse.

Real-time inventory control. Use the cargo card registration system to know the quantity of goods in stock at any time. Ensure the quality of goods, check at any time, report and adjust the quality problems in time. Observe the warehouse regularly to ensure that the temperature and humidity in the warehouse do not exceed the standard.

Participate in the processing and classification of inventory goods. To provide customers with perfect sorting, packaging and other processing services.

Order processing. Order processing should be timely, accurate and efficient, and operators should be sent to the site to receive goods and deliver goods within 15 minutes after receipt of documents.

Return processing. Fully assist customers to receive returns, fill in receipts and warehouse receipts, and give them back to customers in time so that customers can make a return decision as soon as possible. When the goods are returned and received, the products in the unopened box can be put into storage as commodities without hateful special instructions. Unopened boxed returns can only be put into storage after counting, sorting and sorting according to customer instructions.

By doing this work, I learned the basic operation mode of modern enterprise warehousing. At the same time, I compared the logistics mode in reality with the logistics mode of e-commerce in textbooks, understood the difference between actual operation and theoretical knowledge, and deeply understood the current situation of logistics warehousing. In this work, due to the large number of employees, and most of them are temporary workers, their technical knowledge and cultural level are relatively low, so a certain ability of leadership, organization and coordination is very important. Therefore, I strengthened my exercise in this field, strengthened my supervisory role in my work, and improved the work efficiency of employees. When employees were short of manpower, I went to the cold storage in person and drove the stacker to complete the stacking of goods, which carried forward the spirit of being particularly hardworking. I have done some manual labor, although the technical content of these manual labor is not high, but in the process of doing these jobs, I learned some storage skills in the actual operation process. For example, I have studied the different stacking methods of plastic turnover boxes and paper turnover boxes. Using the structural design of the turnover box, the plastic turnover box can be aligned up and down to keep the goods neat and evenly stressed, and then the goods are stacked on the pallet by the stacker according to the standard maximum stacking height for storage; Because the paper turnover box has low compression resistance, it needs to put a "five flowers" before stacking it high. Working method of porters in groups: according to the physical strength and skills of personnel, shorter people unload the goods in containers and transport them to the warehouse by people familiar with the warehouse structure. Although these details are not very related to professional knowledge, these details have improved my understanding of the work and ensured the increase of enterprise benefits during this period of more business.

While completing my own work, I also use my various specialties to assist some departments. Because I have a certain specialty in computers, I also assist the technicians in the computer maintenance department to do a good job in computer maintenance within the enterprise. The enterprise has just completed the production of its own commercial website, but its technical content is low, its content is less, its ability to interact with customers is limited, and its page design is not very friendly. The company decided to improve the function and quality of its website. I participated in the website update of technicians in the computer maintenance department. Using the knowledge learned about the construction of e-commerce websites, the design and production of web pages and the compilation of database programs have been completed, saving the funds for hiring external technicians. There are many departments in the company, and the LAN area is large. Some employees are not skilled in computer operation, and computer network, software and hardware failures often occur. With many years of maintenance experience and some knowledge I learned during my part-time job in Information City, I helped computer maintenance professionals solve some problems they could solve. Not only in the fastest time, but also in the process of maintenance, I accumulated computer experience. At the same time, taking advantage of my own expertise in photography, I can take photos when the enterprise is engaged in some activities, and I can also skillfully drive small and medium-sized vehicles for transportation when the enterprise personnel travel and transport goods internally, saving time and human resources. Although I am only an intern in this enterprise, I still treat every job seriously and responsibly, study hard at the same time, improve my hands-on ability and organization and coordination ability, and combine theory with practice closely.

In this internship, I strictly abide by professional ethics, conscientiously complete the tasks assigned by the leaders, apply the theoretical knowledge I have learned to practical work, solve problems in reality with the knowledge I have learned, and improve the efficiency of the enterprise with my own professional knowledge.
