I. Guiding ideology

Second, the number of recruits, objects and conditions

(1) Recruitment Target

(3) Recruitment conditions

Three. Recruitment procedures, methods and time schedule

2. Registration (June 1 1 to 19).

3. Qualification examination (June 23rd to July 7th). After the registration, the recruitment office will organize personnel to conduct a unified qualification examination for candidates, and those who meet the recruitment requirements after examination will be issued with an examination admission ticket.

4. Written test (July 1 1 to July 15).

6. Interview (August 8 to 1 1). The interview is mainly conducted in the form of on-site question and answer, with a score of 30, and the judges are teachers outside the county.

7. Employment approval (August 12 to 20). The county admissions office is ranked according to the total score, and the list of candidates is determined from high score to low score according to the number of people required for the post (when the scores are tied, the written test scores are ranked). The personnel to be hired are publicly selected according to the total score. After 7 days of publicity, the list of candidates shall be submitted to the county people's government and relevant departments for examination and approval according to the prescribed procedures.

Fourth, the management and treatment of employees.

(1) Recruiters are managed by appointment system, and the personal identity of the hired personnel is professional and technical personnel of institutions owned by the whole people. The hired personnel will have a one-year probation period. Upon the expiration of the probation period and passing the examination, I formally signed an employment contract with the employer. Those who fail to pass the examination after the probation period will be disqualified. The employment contract lasts for three years. After the expiration of the employment period, if the job needs and passes the examination, the employment may be renewed.
