How should candidates identify and deal with the "job hunting" trap?

? ? Online job hunting: the job hunting trap you must know!

After graduating from college, I have been engaged in SEO optimization positions. In a few years, I have experienced hundreds of interview invitations, big and small, of which only I know the sadness. For example, at first, I was fooled by training institutions to interview and pick various questions, which made you feel that you could not do it and needed to participate in their training; Some securities finance companies call you for an interview for a sales position that is not what you want to do at all, and draw you a broad prospect, telling you how much it costs a month and how easy it is to do it ... It's another year's job search season, and I only hope that some of my experiences and lessons will make you take fewer detours and find a job that suits you as soon as possible.

1. Small and medium-sized companies recruit many people for one position.

Generally, a network promotion company with hundreds of people will only recruit one network promoter. If more than one person is recruited, it may be a training institution, or it may be someone who does not recruit this position at all.

2. Recruit apprentices and manage students.

Basically, it can be confirmed as a training institution. Basically, no company will be so kind to cultivate you and repay you. What the boss wants is someone who can help him make money as soon as he comes. It is impossible to give you free training before you create value.

You don't need work experience, but you can get a high salary.

Generally speaking, it is investment, finance and insurance companies. It doesn't recruit network promoters, but salespeople. It wants you to do business and make a single order, let you recruit friends and relatives around you to invest, even let you invest at your own expense, draw a big circle with you, and then a series of brainwashing training will let you slowly sink in.

4. Salary

The general recruitment requirement is 4-6k. In fact, the company will only give you a salary of about 4 K, and the minimum salary you think is actually their maximum salary. If you want to find a job with a salary of 6-8 K, I suggest you invest in a position with a salary of 6-8k.

5. Maneuvering hours

Don't be misled by the word flexibility, thinking that freedom is actually the biggest limitation, which means you may need to work overtime at any time, even on weekends, so be sure to ask clearly.

6. Only mail, not even phone.

This man is so busy that he can't even spare a few minutes to make a phone call. This is also the most basic etiquette. Generally, companies will call first to ask if they are still looking for a job and are interested in their own company, and then make an appointment for an interview. It is extremely disrespectful and insincere to unilaterally set an interview time from the beginning, and even if you go, it is likely to be perfunctory.

7. The place is partial, and the company-related news can't be found online.

This company does a good job of keeping secrets. In such an era of developed information, there is no relevant information on the Internet. If you really want to do network promotion, how can you not even have a basic official website? Don't tell me you didn't do any online promotion before. Many children who have been cheated into pyramid schemes have been fooled away in this way.

8. There are emails and phone calls, and there are no job requirements in the recruitment information.

Isn't it strange that the company didn't even post a job vacancy information online? Don't be fooled by its excuse of being busy and forgetting. The interview email should at least reflect the job responsibilities and recruitment requirements. Without these, it is basically not to recruit positions, and there is no need to waste time.

9. Call and text you for an interview.

This company is so poor that it doesn't even have a landline? Do you think it's reliable to edit a text message and ask you for an interview without even sending an interview email? In particular, you can only find a little company information on the Internet, so you will be perfunctory and basically won't recruit people for this position.

10. Please attend the interview at the weekend and wear formal clothes.

Generally, it is the kind of insurance, wealth management and securities companies. When you go as promised, you are waiting for an insurance financial brainwashing meeting, or the interviewer thinks you are incompetent. I suggest you start with the grassroots sales staff and draw a pie with you. How high the sales salary is and how promising it is.

These are some of my interview insights. I only hope that one or two of them can help you and make you waste less time on this kind of recruitment. If you have a better idea, please leave a message.
