Guiyang Happiness Martial Arts School was established with the approval of Guizhou Provincial Sports Bureau and Yunyan District Education Bureau 1994. It is a new martial arts school with "literature-oriented, both civil and military, full-time boarding teaching and amateur martial arts training, semi-military closed management".

The school fully implements the party's educational policy, adheres to the school tenet of "strict management, striving for first-class civil and military schools and cultivating talents with both ability and political integrity", and offers all cultural courses from primary school to high school in accordance with the provisions of the State Education Commission, striving to create a superior educational environment, which is the first choice for children to study. Full-time civil and military teaching is located in Ergezhai Sports Center. Culture teaching is jointly run with Ergezhai Primary School in Guiyang and No.39 Middle School in Guiyang, giving full play to the advantages of each school and ensuring the all-round development of students' morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor. Amateur Wushu training is located in Guiyang Sports School, which ensures a good training venue and excellent teaching facilities and promotes the development of Wushu in Guizhou.

The hope of education lies in teachers, and the school recruits excellent coaches and culture teachers to teach in the school for the whole country, and the teachers are strong. School coaches are selected from outstanding graduates of major universities in China or those who have achieved excellent results in national Wushu competitions, and all have more than three years of teaching experience; The school also hired a caring life guidance teacher with professional nursing knowledge to take care of students' diet and daily life, and created a new educational management model of martial arts coach, cultural guidance teacher and life guidance teacher.

In the past thirteen years, the school has paid attention to the development of students' personalities and specialties, and trained a large number of outstanding military and civilian talents for the society. Participated in national and international Wushu competitions on behalf of Guizhou Province for many times. By March 2007, our school won 175 gold, 99 silver and 75 bronze, becoming the Wushu team with the most gold medals in Guizhou history, and many people were admitted to key sports colleges. 1999 and 2003 won the title of "Guiyang Advanced School" twice. In July 2004, Guizhou Youth Wushu Training Base was completed in our school.

Zhou Xinfu, former vice chairman of Guizhou Wushu Association, was born in a martial arts family in Xuzhou, Jiangsu. 15 years old was admitted to Xuzhou Martial Arts Hall 1930. He studied wholeheartedly with famous domestic boxers Fang Longying and Li Yaopu Mo, and was good at knife, sword, boxing and fighting, dabbling in guns, sticks, halberds, shovels, boring, shooting at the moon, crutches and whips. 1940 was hired as a lieutenant martial arts instructor by the seventh division of the Kuomintang, and 1945 was transferred to the 84th division as a captain martial arts instructor. Because of his solid foundation and excellent reputation, he was recommended as the main instructor of the Kuomintang Presidential Guard Corps and served as a guard instructor in Li Zongren.

After liberation, he rebelled in Xinzhou, Guangxi with the new 48 th Division of the Kuomintang and returned to the people's arms. When my family passed through Guizhou in the south, I was attracted by the suitable climate and beautiful mountains and rivers, so I settled in Anlong.

In the early days of the founding of New China, sports records were booming. He took part in the competition and educated people. Won the champion of Changquan in the provincial Wushu competition and the second and third prizes in the national Wushu competition. More than 500 young athletes have been trained in Southwest Guizhou, which has laid a talent foundation for Anlong to win the honor of "the hometown of national martial arts".

1982 was elected vice chairman of Guizhou Wushu Association. At the same time, he served as the coach of the provincial Wushu team and fought in the first line.

1984 led a team to participate in the "Second National Labor Games" and won the first prize of sparring with a golden gun and the second prize of sparring with a golden knife, which inspired hard-working people in the martial arts circles in Guizhou. 1986, the Provincial Sports Commission recruited him from Anlong as the coach of the provincial Wushu team to prepare for the 6th National Games. Worked hard for a year in the hot summer and cold wind, and won the third place in the preliminary contest and the seventh place in the final at the 6th National Games 1987.
