There are only four full-time quality personnel including me (not including the laboratory), one quality engineer in each of the two factories and one manager in charge of the quality system.

Every department in the enterprise quarrels every day (I like the quarrel on Mars, which is one of the cultures of Mars), so many people can gain the right to speak in the quarrel. So some people in the department also asked why the quality department didn't recruit more people, at least when we were fighting and copying guys.

I found this director to understand the problem. He used to be the production director. He works hard, likes learning and knows technology, but his biggest shortcoming is that he won't shirk his responsibility. This is very consistent with the characteristics of quality people, and it is also the reason why he was selected as cannon fodder.

Anyone who has worked night shift knows that he is sleepy, tired, tired, listless and doesn't want to work.

In the production task, some work is difficult to do, such as overprinting in the production process of packaging materials. But in the production task, there is also good work to be done.

There used to be no high-quality personnel at night shift. When there is a quality problem, should we solve the problem and continue production, or turn to other products? Production personnel must make their own decisions.

However, there are quality personnel in the night shift, and there will be referees in case of quality problems.

Producers play with quality personnel just like cats play with mice, because there is information asymmetry between the two sides, and producers have far more information about the causes of quality problems than quality personnel.

He doesn't want to make complicated products that are prone to quality problems because he is sleepy, tired and tired.

At this time, the quality personnel appeared stupidly and became the hostages of the producers. Even if you know that you have been calculated, just because the quality personnel are on the scene, the title is quality. If it is not him, who will be the scapegoat?

If he says, "The quality of such products is not good." The producer will ask him, "Tell me what is ok?"
