I often strengthen the knowledge of scientific book management and scientific classification, and devote myself to studying the methods of book management, so that I have mastered certain theoretical knowledge and applied it to the actual book management work, which has gradually improved the book management work in our school. Book management is a very patient and meticulous work. In my work, I pay attention to strengthening my professional quality, treat book management carefully, always ask myself as a librarian, treat every borrower patiently, and take the trouble to choose the books I need for them, so that they can come happily and return with satisfaction. Two, strengthen the management of books, give full play to the role. Due to the large number of teachers and students in the school and the large amount of books borrowed at one time, books were borrowed badly. After borrowing books every day, I carefully check the books involved in the day, reclassify the borrowed books, re-paste the damaged and unlabeled books, and always keep the borrowed books clean, beautiful and standardized, so as to prevent them from being lost and undamaged. Under our careful management, the books in the library are free from moth, dampness, rat consumption and decay, making the intact rate of books reach 100%. The management of books is only a way, and the purpose of book borrowing is to acquire knowledge from it. In order to give full play to the role of books, at the beginning of school, I sorted out and cleaned up according to the specific situation of the library, reissued the library cards for each class, sorted out the newly purchased books at the end of last year, bookmarked them and put them on the shelves, educated students on how to take good care of books, improved the borrowing system, and always extended the borrowing time as much as possible. Try to borrow books from teachers and students all the time, keep them open for more than three hours from Monday to Friday afternoon, even on Saturday, and try to recommend good books and new books to teachers and students, which will not only enable them to acquire knowledge and improve their ability, but also cultivate their sentiment, personality and will, and give full play to the role of teaching and educating people.
