III. Recruitment Methods

(1) Registration

This registration is by email. Please submit the registration form, resume, academic certificates and other qualifications. (2) Qualification review

(3) Written test

Through resume screening, according to the number of positions to be recruited, according to a certain proportion, the best candidates will be selected to participate in the written test organized by the unit. The content of the written test is mainly related to the relevant positions. Basic theory and professional knowledge. The short list of candidates for interview will be determined in a 1:3 ratio based on the written test scores from high to low.

(4) Interview

The interview content mainly tests the professional knowledge, business ability and comprehensive quality of the position, and can be conducted in various ways such as defense, structured interview, scenario simulation and so on. Based on the overall score of the written test and interview, the candidates to be hired will be determined.

(5) Physical examination

According to the ratio of written test and interview scores of 4:6, the total score is calculated. The total score is determined from high to low before the preliminary candidate can enter the physical examination. According to the number of positions to be recruited, candidates to be recruited will be determined at a ratio of 1:1 to participate in the physical examination organized by the center.

(6) Inspection

The inspection is organized by the Shanghai Maternal and Child Health Center, which mainly examines the ideological and political quality, compliance with disciplines and laws, moral character and integrity records of the candidates.

(7) Public announcement of proposed personnel

Based on the results of comprehensive evaluation, written test, interview, physical examination, and inspection, the proposed personnel will be publicized on the "21st Century Talent Network" for 7 days . If there is no objection to the announcement, it will be reported to the Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission for review and approval, and then reported to the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval and filing.
