Interview method:

(1) The interview will be conducted by means of broadcast audition, with 5 minutes for each person. The broadcast content is randomly selected from the interview database of job hunting posts;

(2) Interviewing all the people who are familiar with foreign broadcasting and hosting business are hired as judges, with 7 judges in each group. Grading adopts gymnastics scoring method, that is, a highest score and a lowest score are removed respectively, and the average score of other judges is taken as the interview score of candidates. Among them, the lowest interview score is 60 points, and those below 60 points are disqualified;

2. During the interview, candidates are only allowed to report the lottery sequence number, not allowed to report their names, and it is strictly forbidden to bring any information and communication tools into the interview room.

3. Publish the interview results. After the interview, the interview results will be published on the website of Gaoyang county government.
