Why can't state-owned enterprises keep young people?

Speaking of state-owned enterprises, it gives people the impression that they have high welfare and good treatment, but they can't keep young people. There are three reasons, one is that the promotion time is long, the other is that the work is not challenging, and the third is that for them, the work of state-owned enterprises is only a transition.

Let's talk about the first reason, the promotion time of state-owned enterprises is too long. In state-owned enterprises, high positions are made. If you want to be promoted, you need not only ability, but also qualifications. There is little chance that young people will be promoted. More often, your ability goes up, and your qualifications are often not enough. At this time, the salary began to match my ability. Just joined the job, because the ability is not up to standard, the salary is low. This is what I should do, but my ability has improved and the value created for the company is high, but it is still the original salary. Then I can't stand it. Resign. You must resign.

Let's talk about the second reason first. The work of state-owned enterprises is not challenging. Young people are young and energetic and will never be satisfied with the status quo. They all want to work hard and find opportunities to make great achievements. However, the work of state-owned enterprises is more comfortable and the life is too mediocre, which does not meet their expectations at all. State-owned enterprises are like a birdcage to them. They eat in it. Although they have five insurances and one gold, what they want is the blue sky after all.

Finally, the third reason is that the work in state-owned enterprises is only a transition for young people. Many young people choose state-owned enterprises because they have more leisure time and can do research while working. Take an examination of civil servants, careers, etc. Resign as soon as the certificate is passed. Even if you don't leave this year, you will have to resign next year. This is also the reason for the high turnover rate of young people in state-owned enterprises.

These are three reasons why I think state-owned enterprises can't keep young people.
