Requirements for the second-level constructor to apply for the exam

Enter oneself for an examination to participate in all subjects of the second-level constructor shall meet the following conditions:

Those who meet the registration requirements, have intermediate technical titles or above, or have obtained the qualification certificate of first-class project manager of construction enterprises, and have been engaged in the construction management of construction projects for 15 years, can be exempted from the subjects of "Construction Management of Construction Projects" and "Regulations and Related Knowledge of Construction Projects".

Becoming a professional qualification is a prerequisite for becoming a project manager. At the same time, candidates can also choose to take the national unified examination for the professional qualifications of second-level construction engineers, and there are national unified organization propositions and examinations. Since 2009, the second-level constructor has implemented the system of territorial management and territorial proposition.

Those who have obtained the qualification certificate of construction engineer and meet the registration requirements shall obtain the second-class construction engineer registration certificate after registration, and the registered construction engineer may be employed to practice.

Before the expiration of the registration period of the construction engineer's practice qualification, the re-registration procedures must be completed. The qualification certificate of the first-class registered builder is universal in China, and the second-class builder can be called the registered second-class builder as long as he is initially registered, which can be universal in China.
