Establish a relatively fixed collegiate bench composed of judges, change the way of hearing cases by a collegiate bench composed of one judge and two jurors in previous years, and improve the quality of collegiate bench's deliberation of cases; Establish a review and proofreading system for judgment documents to improve the quality of judgment documents. Through study and supplementary measures, police officers' awareness of case quality has been enhanced compared with previous years, and they can strictly grasp facts, evidence and applicable laws in the process of hearing cases.
The two-year struggle against rectification has come to an end this year, and some achievements have been made, but there are also shortcomings. To this end, the court has carried out relevant research work, which runs through the whole year. The first quarter reviewed and summarized the two-year crackdown and rectification work, affirmed the achievements and recognized the shortcomings; The second section investigates the problems existing in the strike-hard work and puts forward the idea of how to establish and improve the regular working mechanism of the strike-hard policy. The third and fourth sections analyze the situation of the strike-hard struggle in our hospital in the past 20 years, and try to explore the development trend of criminal offences in the future. In addition, the criminal court has also studied the substantive and procedural issues of several types of cases, such as the problems existing in the current trial of criminal incidental civil cases, how to try the case of the defendant pleading guilty, the causes and countermeasures of the current juvenile crimes, and the application of probation and single punishment to crimes such as theft, fraud and robbery. Throughout the year, * * * police officers of criminal courts wrote 18 research articles, including 1 article hired by China Court Network, 1 article tried, and 1 article won the second academic seminar of our institute. Active and effective investigation is not only the demand of current criminal trial work, but also reflects the self-pressure and curiosity of criminal court police officers in their business and their pursuit of becoming "learning judges".
