How do judges pass the exam?

To become a judge, you need to meet the following conditions:

After passing the recruitment examination, you need to participate in the training organized by the court system to learn legal knowledge, trial skills and professional ethics. After completing the training and internship, he will be formally appointed as a judge and begin to engage in trial work.
