After passing the national unified knowledge and ability examination organized by the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security and the examination and inspection organized by the receiving unit, the graduates of ordinary colleges and universities are accepted by the Marine Police, and they are uniformly arranged for pre-job training in the relevant institutions of the Marine Police. After one year of training, they are called police officers. College graduates, awarded the rank of second lieutenant of the armed police, designated as platoon leader (technical level 14); Undergraduate graduates, awarded the rank of lieutenant of the Armed Police, designated as deputy company posts (technical level 13); Master's degree, awarded the rank of captain of armed police, as a full-time post (technical level 12); Ph.D. candidate, awarded the rank of Major of Armed Police, designated as a full-time post (technical level 1).

If there is any conflict, you can only choose one. However, the registration time of the marine police is from November 1th to November 25th every year, and the direct recruitment of non-commissioned officers is from April 1th to June 15th every year. There is no conflict in time.
