Three. Registration and qualification examination

(2) Interview

The interview was conducted by lecture, and the basic qualities and skills of the candidates were mainly investigated from the aspects of teaching attitude, ideas, teaching material analysis and learning situation. Applicants for kindergarten teachers must also assess the basic skills that kindergarten teachers should have in the interview. The interview work strictly implements the avoidance system. Interview (lecture) examiners shall be no less than 7 persons, familiar with relevant professional knowledge and having practical interview experience. There is a social supervision seat in the interview examination room, and social supervisors are stationed at the interview site to supervise the organizational procedures, scoring process and scoring situation.

The interview results are judged by the examiner on the spot and announced to the candidates on the spot after the interview.

Seven, sign the employment contract
