How to be a good HR?

As a graduating student of this major, although I have no relevant practical experience in human resources for the time being, according to what I have heard from my teacher in recent years and my own little understanding and experience of the future of this position, I think that being a good HR should have the following characteristics, which are summarized by everyone.

1. Respect: Human resources are very important to a company. Usually, all people are in contact with it. People of all positions and ages in the whole company need to deal with each other. So we must learn to respect everyone and treat each other as equals. Never follow the trend, flatter and lose your heart.

2. To have and master a perfect system of professional knowledge, theory should be combined with practice. Both of them are indispensable in the development, and there is no theoretical basis as the basis. All this is like castles in the air, so a good HR needs rich theoretical knowledge as the cornerstone to solve and formulate relevant company regulations in the future.

3. Improve your comprehensive ability and ability to deal with people. In HR work, there are many trivial matters and you need to deal with many people. At this time, it is difficult to manage so many people by your own professional level, so high emotional intelligence is very important. Persuade people with virtue and convince people with reason, and cultivate your good interpersonal skills, which will be of great help to your future work.

4. Need to fully understand other departments. A professional HR should not only abide by the principles and needs of his post, but also keep abreast of the latest development of the company, so as to improve and develop his subsequent work decisions, learn to communicate with various departments more, look at the overall situation, accumulate rich experience, and combine experience with the development trend of the company in order to do the next work well.
