Brief Introduction of Huang Hu Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou

Huang Hu Town is located in the northwest of Hangzhou, which is connected with Lin 'an and Anji. Provincial Highway 04 and Beitiaoxi run through it in parallel, with convenient transportation. With a total area of 58.55 square kilometers and a population of 1.35 million, there are 5 administrative villages, 1 17 villagers' groups and 1 residential area. Huang Hu Town has 693.33 hectares of cultivated land and 3600 hectares of forest, including bamboo forest 1 1 13.3 hectares and mountain forest 267 hectares. There are five leading industries in agricultural production: livestock and poultry, trees, bamboo shoots, tea and fruits, and six production bases of famous tea, vegetables, pickled raw materials, edible bamboo shoots and goats have been built. By April 2004, there were 92 enterprises of all kinds in this town. The main products are cement, chemicals, hardware, mahogany furniture, sports hats, tea, boiled bamboo shoots and so on.
