(5) check and evaluate. Take the way of consulting files and talking with relevant personnel of graduation school. The employing unit shall, in accordance with the unified requirements of the Municipal Recruitment Office, organize the examination of the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the candidates to be recruited, and conduct qualification examination of the candidates. Those who fail the inspection and assessment will not be replenished, and the vacancy recruitment plan will be rolled into the next year.
(6) publicity. According to the opinions of the recruitment office, the employer shall publicize the list of candidates in each employer and examiner's office for 5 working days.
(7) Signing employment contracts. After the publicity, if there is no problem, the Municipal Personnel Bureau will issue an employment notice, and the legal representative of the employing unit or its client will sign an employment contract with the employed personnel according to the employment notice, and go to the Municipal Personnel Bureau for verification and related procedures in time to determine the personnel relationship. Open recruitment, according to the probation system, the probation period is 12 months, which is included in the employment contract. Discipline and supervision of intransitive verbs
