The validity period and review period of the certificate

The certificate is valid for 6 years; The operation certificate of special personnel shall be reviewed once every three years; Special operations personnel must participate in knowledge updating training for re-examination, and go through the re-examination (replacement) procedures after passing the examination; Special operations personnel shall apply to the review agency for review 3 months before the expiration of the review period indicated in the certificate, and the overdue certificate will automatically become invalid.

Review conditions

If one of the following conditions is unqualified, it is unqualified for the second interview: good health, no diseases and physical defects that hinder the operation of the corresponding type of work; No production safety accidents occurred during the review period; Apply for review within the review time specified in the certificate; The second interview must participate in the knowledge updating training of the second interview and pass the exam; No more than 60 years old.

Time required for review

After receiving the audit materials submitted by the training institutions and being audited by the Provincial Administration of Work Safety, it shall be completed within 2 working days, with a maximum of 35 working days.
