Registration time for patent agents: July 4, 2022 from 8: 00 to July 22 17: 00.

(1) Registration conditions

1. has full capacity for civil conduct;

2. Obtain a college degree or above in science and engineering recognized by the state, and obtain a diploma or degree certificate.

(2) Setting of test sites

In 2022, test sites will be set up in 32 mainland cities and Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The mainland test sites are Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Taiyuan, Hohhot, Shenyang, Changchun, Harbin, Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Hefei, Fuzhou, Nanchang, Jinan, Qingdao, Zhengzhou, Wuhan and Changsha.

Guangzhou, Nanning, Haikou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Guiyang, Kunming, Xi, Lanzhou, Xining, Yinchuan and Urumqi.

Candidates choose the test center to take the test according to their own situation when registering.

Applicants from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region can choose to take the examination in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Fuzhou. Candidates from Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province can choose to take the exam in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Fuzhou.

Registration procedure

1. Forecast name. Applicants will pass the registration system to forecast their names from 8: 00 on July 4, 2022 to July 22, 2022 17, and will not make up the report after the deadline. Applicants who apply for exemption from the examination of patent agency practice subjects shall also apply within the above-mentioned time. Fill in the registration information truthfully and accurately according to the guidelines of the registration system, upload relevant materials, and promise to be responsible for its authenticity.

2.？ Qualification examination. After the prediction is successful, the intellectual property management department of the test center will examine the qualifications of the applicants. Applicants should actively cooperate, and if there is any error in the registration information, it should be corrected in time.

The qualification examination time is from July 4 to July 29, 2022. Failing to modify or correct the registration information as required within the time limit shall be deemed as unqualified. The Examination Centre of the Gao Feng Institute of Continuing Education of the Vocational Training Council is responsible for the qualification examination of the Examination Centre of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

3.？ Payment confirmation. Applicants who have passed the qualification examination shall pay the examination registration fee to the intellectual property administrative department of the selected test center according to the prompt of the registration system. The deadline for online payment is August 5, 2022 15.

Payment will be made at the Examination Centre of Gao Feng Institute of Continuing Education, Building 1 Building of Vocational Training Council, 27 Wood Road, Wan Chai. The deadline for payment is 20: 00 on August 5, 2022.

Applicants can only confirm the completion of the registration procedure after paying the examination registration fee in full and on time. If the registration fee is overdue or not paid in full, it will be regarded as incomplete registration. Once the registration fee is paid, it will not be refunded. After the payment is confirmed, the applicant shall not change the test center. Registration is regarded as submitting a pre-application for patent agent qualification.
