Chapter II Examination

Seventh intermediate registered safety engineer occupation qualification examination unified outline, unified proposition, unified organization.

The national unified outline of the professional qualification examination for junior registered safety engineers shall be independently put forward and implemented by all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and shall generally be adopted according to professional categories.

Article 8 The Emergency Management Department or its authorized agency shall be responsible for drawing up the professional qualification examination subjects for registered safety engineers; Organize the preparation of the public * * * subjects and professional subjects (except the professional subjects of construction safety and road transport safety) of the intermediate registered safety engineer professional qualification examination, and organize the examination of the corresponding subjects; Work out the outline of the professional qualification examination for junior registered safety engineers in conjunction with the relevant industry authorities in the State Council or their authorized institutions.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Transport or its authorized agencies are respectively responsible for organizing the formulation of the examination syllabus for professional subjects of vocational qualification examination for intermediate registered safety engineers in construction safety and road transport safety, and organizing the examinations for corresponding subjects.

Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security is responsible for examining and approving the examination subjects and syllabus, assessing the professional qualification examination for intermediate registered safety engineers, and determining the qualification standards for the professional qualification examination for intermediate registered safety engineers together with the emergency management department.

Article 9 The emergency management, human resources and social security departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall, jointly with the competent departments of relevant industries, organize and implement the professional qualification examination for junior registered safety engineers in accordance with the national unified examination outline and relevant regulations, and determine the qualified standards.

Article 10 Anyone who abides by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), has good professional quality and moral conduct, and meets one of the following conditions may apply for taking the vocational qualification examination for intermediate registered safety engineers:

(a) to obtain a college degree in safety engineering and related majors, and to engage in safety production business for 5 years; Or have a college degree in other majors and have been engaged in safety production business for 7 years.

(two) to obtain a bachelor's degree in safety engineering and related majors, and to engage in safety production business for 3 years; Or obtain a bachelor's degree in other majors and have been engaged in safety production business for 5 years.

(3) Obtaining a second bachelor's degree in safety engineering and related majors and having been engaged in safety production business for 2 years; Or get a second bachelor's degree in other majors and have been engaged in safety production business for 3 years.

(4) Having a master's degree in safety engineering and related majors and having been engaged in safety production business for 1 year; Or obtain a master's degree in other majors and have been engaged in safety production business for 2 years.

(five) with a doctorate, engaged in safety production business for 1 year.

(six) after obtaining the professional qualification of junior registered safety engineer, he has been engaged in safety production business for 3 years.

Eleventh abide by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), have good professional quality and moral conduct, and meet one of the following conditions, you can apply to take the professional qualification examination for junior registered safety engineers:

(a) with a technical secondary school degree in safety engineering and related majors, engaged in safety production business for 4 years; Or obtain other professional secondary school education, engaged in safety production business for 5 years.

(two) with a college degree in safety engineering and related majors, engaged in safety production business for 2 years; Or obtain a college degree in other majors and have been engaged in safety production business for 3 years.

(three) with a bachelor's degree or above, engaged in production safety business.

Twelfth intermediate registered safety engineer professional qualification examination, by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, human resources and social security departments issued by the registered safety engineer professional qualification certificate (intermediate). The certificate is uniformly printed by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the Emergency Management Department and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security use the same seal, which is valid throughout the country.

Thirteenth primary registered safety engineer professional qualification examination, by the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, human resources and social security departments issued a registered safety engineer professional qualification certificate (primary). This certificate is jointly sealed by the emergency management, human resources and social security departments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, and is valid in principle within its administrative region. All localities can formulate cross-regional recognition measures according to the actual situation.

Fourteenth whoever obtains the professional qualification certificate of registered safety engineer by improper means shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination.
