Is it necessary to go to the school job fair?

Personally, I don't think it is necessary to go to other job fairs except that your school is about to graduate from college. Although the frequency of job fairs is very high, the participating companies are very slow to update, and may not update once every six months. To put it bluntly, even if you go every time, it may be these companies, or some companies just change their names and locations, and some have no substantial changes at all. This is tantamount to changing the soup. Secondly, companies attending job fairs are generally not decent companies, because good companies and big companies are not short of people at all. Moreover, there are many people at the job fair, and a company may receive hundreds of resumes. They may just sell it as waste paper. And they may not be short of people at all. It is their boss who makes them symbolically recruit people and keeps them busy. Instead of spending time and money on job fairs, go out and have a look, or submit more resumes from the Internet.
