However, there are too few Henan enterprises recruited in Shanghai and they can only go to other places to participate, so I chose to go to Xuzhou to attend the 20 16 campus job fair of Yutong Bus Co., Ltd.

Yutong asked a lot of professional knowledge during the interview, so he should study hard at ordinary times. If it really doesn't work, it's ok to cram for the Buddha's feet.

4. What is your ideal salary: 4,500 yuan per month, because one of my classmates got Yutong offer, and the salary is about 4,500 yuan;

5. Your off-campus internship experience: Tell me about some internships related to the position you are applying for. I worked as an intern for 5 months in a company that had many working contacts with Yutong, mainly for molding. Therefore, they inquired about the molding process in detail.

6. Your practical experience in school: I talked about my hard work in school, emphasized my outstanding performance and award-winning situation, and let HR see that I am a dedicated person;

7, professional knowledge question and answer: this is very important, for this technical work, professional skills are the most important;

8. What can you bring to the company? Enterprises are eager to know what future employees can do for the company, and job seekers should repeat their advantages. My answer is: as far as my ability is concerned, I can be an excellent employee and bring my ability into play in the organization, bringing high efficiency and more benefits to the organization. Enterprises like job seekers to show their "ability" to the position they are applying for.

On the one hand, HR people have a good impression on me and let me write a written test after the conversation. The content of the examination is the basic composition, performance, application field and processing technology of ABS. I learned a lot about ABS when I was an R&D intern at PolyOne. At this moment, I deeply understand a sentence: opportunities are always reserved for those who are prepared. As soon as I got back to the hotel, they informed me to pass.

Three or two sides?

There are mainly the following aspects:

2. Undergraduate question: The interviewer took my report card and asked me some polymerization methods and their characteristics, such as emulsion polymerization and suspension polymerization. I also asked about the knowledge of molding technology. I briefly talked about the molding process parameters, and also talked about some common problems and treatment methods. Pick what you know, don't mention an unclear or vague word, so as not to dig a hole yourself.

3. Common sense assessment: The name and characteristics of common materials in life. The interviewer asked me about the manufacturing method of the materials used in Nongfu Spring bottle, and also asked Chen Guang about the materials of the non-slip cover of the signature pen.

4. What's the problem? Be sure to ask, so that HR people can see that you are thinking. I asked the three parties in the school if they could sign two parties first.

After all, the position I applied for is technical, and emotional intelligence is a secondary consideration. Solid professional knowledge is very important, so I can only read more books by myself.

Now many students should realize the importance of time experience in and out of school. These experiences make us more confident in the face of interviewers, and also add some chips and negotiation resources to our conversation with HR people.

My undergraduate life is coming to an end. What I want to warn my schoolmates is that while learning professional knowledge well, we should do some innovations, such as USRP and internship. Don't be a person who can only read.
