What is the salary of teachers at Baoji University of Arts and Sciences?

The salary for newly arrived graduate students is extremely low, around 1,000. But the increase is huge. It has risen over the past year and a half. Anyone above the professor level can get 5,000. A teaching assistant's salary is estimated to be two to three thousand (excluding other bonuses and income from published articles), and a professor's salary is lower. One of my teachers said that if he were in other schools, people with similar qualifications to him would almost get 20,000 more than him every year.
