How to rank these four managers and why?

There is absolutely no dispute about ranking first in ability and political integrity, and any enterprise wants to use such people. Without virtue and talent, it is the greatest harm to enterprises. Whether it is to vilify the original enterprise after a bad jump, or to become a competitor, or to sell company information to competitors, the consequences are terrible. In other words, the more you know, the greater the harm to the enterprise.

For an enterprise, it should be to re-use virtue and ability, use it carefully, abandon it without virtue and talent, and resolutely use it without virtue and talent. This is the essence of enterprise management!
