From yesterday's failure in the college entrance examination to today's becoming a student of Hengyang Technician College, although it took only a few minutes to make a choice, I always felt like a stone was pressing me in my heart, fearing that I would not learn knowledge here and find a job after graduation. After studying and observing in school for nearly two years, I believe that I came to Hengyang Technician College, which can be said to have found the right direction and taken the right road! At present, many enterprises lack not only senior talents, but also front-line skilled workers with certain theoretical foundation, practical ability and formal training. There is a problem that "management talents are easy to find and skilled workers are hard to find". Popularize and consolidate compulsory education, speed up the development of vocational education, focus on improving the quality of higher education, put the development of vocational education in a more prominent position, and make education truly social-oriented. Hengyang Technician College is the first and only institution of higher learning in Hunan Province to train high-skilled talents. In August 2006, with the determination to change the backward appearance of my hometown with my own hands, I bid farewell to my parents and came to the birthplace of Huxiang culture from the far northwest. I dare not do anything when I see my classmates showing their talents with passion. With the encouragement of my teacher and the support of my classmates, I chose to join the Youth League Committee and exercise with my classmates.
