Reform and reorganization. Promote the modern enterprise system with the construction of the board of directors as the core, and establish the operation mode of the business department to cope with the rapid changes in the market. Set up knitting brand business department, knitting foreign trade business department, weaving business department, thread industry non-woven business department and modern service business department. The business division is positioned as the business center of the group business, and the general manager responsibility system is implemented. Achieve the development goals of each business unit, and implement and promote the strategic development plan of the Group.

The group company reformed the employment mechanism, and through internal competition, external recruitment and "local" training, a group of management and R&D technical talents were gathered, which made the business of the group company grow rapidly.

With the development of brand domestic trade distribution, direct sales and online sales, foreign trade has changed from trade-oriented to "integration of industry and trade" to "integration of technology, industry and trade" which attaches importance to research and development, which has promoted the growth of the Group's foreign trade business.

System certification management. As early as 1997, the former Beijing No.1 Knitting Factory passed the ISO9000 quality system certification for the first time. In 2003, the group company took the lead in passing the ISO900 1 international quality management system, ISO 1400 1 international environmental management system and OHSMS 1800 1 occupational health and safety management system certification. In 2006, Beijing Tongniu Co., Ltd. ranked first among 10 enterprises that passed the Oeko-Tex standard10 certification in Beijing, with the highest certificate level (products for babies or children under two years old). In the same year, Tongniu Group was listed by China Textile Industry Association as one of the pilot units of textile and garment enterprises in CSC 9000t 10, a social responsibility management system for textile enterprises in China. Standardized management determines the stability of the quality of copper cattle products. Since 2000, it has successively won the titles of China Environmental Label Product, Beijing Excellent Enterprise in Quality Management, China Excellent Award in Environmental Protection, China Famous Brand, Licensed Manufacturer of Olympic Products and National Inspection-free Products.

Information construction. In order to promote management modernization by informationization, the group company has established a scientific and advanced management platform. Information management-ERP production management system, SCM supply chain system and MES manufacturing execution system are included in the "Beijing Manufacturing Enterprise Informatization Demonstration Project". By using ERP management system, SCM supply chain system and MES manufacturing execution system, the management level of enterprises is accelerated. The project passed the acceptance of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission in August 2006. Du Yuzhou, president of China Textile Industry Association, spoke highly of Tongniu Group's promotion of informatization, and gave it a "demonstration role of industry manufacturers".

In 2006, Tongniu Information Technology Co., Ltd. made full use of the Group's informatization achievements and launched the easy-spinning software products with independent intellectual property rights and advantages in both functions and technologies of the clothing industry.
