Applicants must have a residence permit issued by the domicile and Taihe County before they can apply for confirmation in Taihe County.

Applicants can only apply for teacher qualification once in the same year.

(3) Having good physical and psychological qualities and being able to meet the needs of education and teaching. No infectious diseases, no history of mental illness, and passed the physical examination in the secondary hospital designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution.

Online registration of primary and secondary school teachers' qualifications consists of reading online declaration agreement, filling in identity information, selecting accreditation institution, filling in accreditation information, confirming declaration information, reading precautions, submitting accreditation application, declaration reminder and other steps. After the registration is completed, the "Declaration Reminder" interface will prompt "Registration Successful" in red font and generate the registration number. After successful registration, on the business platform page, find the "Teacher Qualification Information" module, and click the "Query Registration Information" button on the right, and this registration information will appear. Under the Action option, you can view and modify the registration information.

Make an appointment twice a day, in the morning and afternoon, each time 100 people. Priority can be given to those who make a successful appointment.

Applicants must wear masks when entering the site, accept the temperature measurement of the staff, scan the green pass through Ankang code, and submit relevant application materials at the on-site confirmation point designated by Taihe County Education Bureau within the specified time. Those who fail to make on-site confirmation shall be deemed to have given up automatically.

If the applicant's higher education information can't pass the system comparison, the on-site confirmation needs to provide the China Higher Education Certification Report issued after checking by the Xuexin.com or the academic certification institution (the window of Anhui Education Department of the Provincial Government Affairs Service Center, tel: 055 1-62999735).

Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications should also be submitted to the original certificate of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan academic qualifications issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education, and the original certificate of foreign academic degrees issued by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education should also be submitted.

If it is impossible to compare the applicant's higher education information through the system, it is necessary to provide the academic transcripts issued by the academic affairs department of his school for on-site confirmation (the seal of the department is invalid).

(4) The original certificate of Putonghua proficiency test level.

At present, there is no validity period for applying for teacher qualification certificate in Anhui Province.

(5) Primary and secondary school teachers' qualification certificates or teachers' professional ability certificates of normal students need to be verified online through the system, and they do not need to be provided for on-site confirmation. Full-time teachers' college graduates who meet the requirements of direct recognition shall submit a copy of the graduate achievement registration form (including the qualified achievements in pedagogy and educational psychology during their studies) and the education and teaching practice appraisal form issued by the school management department, and affix the seal of the file management institution (department).

(6) The Physical Examination Form for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Anhui Province and the Physical Examination Form for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Anhui Province (Kindergarten) issued by hospitals above Grade II designated by the teacher qualification accreditation institution (which can be downloaded and used in the website/data download column of Anhui Teacher Qualification Accreditation Guidance Center), the conclusions on the physical examination form should be clearly filled in as "qualified" or "unqualified" and stamped with the official seal of the medical examination hospital (the physical examination was valid at that time).

(7) Two recent bareheaded 1 inch color photos on a white background (the same version as the online registration electronic photos, with the name and ID number indicated on the back, used to apply for the teacher qualification certificate).

(8) Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents applying for teacher qualification must submit proof of no criminal record. The certificate of no criminal record shall be issued by the relevant departments of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province. Among them, Hong Kong and Macao residents who need the assistance of the education administrative department to provide proof of no criminal record should contact the Anhui Teacher Qualification Guidance Center to issue it.

Among the above materials, if the applicant's academic certificate, the online verification report of the full-time fresh graduates of ordinary colleges and universities, the qualification certificate of primary and secondary school teachers, and the level certificate of Putonghua proficiency test are successfully filled in and compared by the teacher qualification management information system, the relevant originals (or printed copies) are not needed for on-site confirmation.

(4) Qualification determination

The teacher qualification accreditation institution shall make a conclusion of qualification accreditation and publicize it within 30 legal working days from the date of termination of the application period. During the evaluation, the applicant can log in to China Teacher Qualification Network to inquire about the current evaluation status and other information.

(5) Issuing certificates

Those who are recognized as qualified teachers shall, in accordance with the notification requirements of the teacher qualification accreditation body, receive the teacher qualification certificate at the designated place on time.

Postgraduates of education and publicly-funded normal students who have obtained the teacher professional competence certificate of normal students apply for the corresponding teacher qualification with their own identity certificate, education certificate, teacher professional competence certificate of normal students, Putonghua proficiency test grade certificate and physical examination certificate, and the identification procedure remains unchanged.

(II) Personnel who meet the conditions for direct accreditation in Anhui Province refer to full-time normal college students who have studied and graduated at school as of 20131,and can directly apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers whose teaching subjects are consistent with their majors according to the original method. When applying for a teacher qualification whose teaching subjects are inconsistent with the majors studied, you must take the national teacher qualification examination.

(3) According to Article 7 of the Anhui Province Primary and Secondary School Teacher Qualification Examination and Identification Policy Statement, applicants during pregnancy can be exempted from medical examination items that are not suitable for pregnant women. If other detectable items are qualified, they shall be deemed to have passed the physical examination, but the chief inspector shall sign a statement on the physical examination form. When submitting the physical examination certificate, the applicant should attach the test report of positive pregnancy reaction or the file of perinatal examination.
