What level is the Xihu District People's Court in Jiangxi Province?

China's courts are divided into four levels from low to high: grass-roots courts (county level), intermediate courts (prefecture level), provincial high courts (provincial level) and supreme courts. The People's Court of Xihu District, Jiangxi Province belongs to Grade 4. 1957 July 10 Nanchang Fuhe district people's court and Xihu district people's court were established, and in June 1980 Fuhe district people's court and Xihu district people's court were merged to establish Nanchang Xihu district people's court.
