1. Brief introduction to the recruiting unit

The Liaoning Provincial Intellectual Property Information Center is a fully funded public institution directly under the Provincial Intellectual Property Office. It is mainly responsible for the collection, arrangement and release of information related to the province’s intellectual property system, and is responsible for the daily maintenance of the Provincial Intellectual Property Office’s internal network and modern office equipment. 2. Recruitment positions and conditions

1. Recruitment positions and number of people: 2 patent information engineers, mainly responsible for patent information retrieval, analysis, and intellectual property strategy research; intellectual property rights protection Assist 1 person, mainly responsible for intellectual property legal rights protection assistance.

2. Specific recruitment conditions

(1) Must have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China.

(2) Abide by the constitution and laws and have good conduct.

(3) Possess the professional and technical requirements required for the position, and have the physical conditions to adapt to the requirements of the position.

Those who have received various criminal penalties for crimes, have criminal suspects that have not yet been investigated or are undergoing disciplinary review, and other personnel who are not allowed to be hired according to national laws and regulations are not allowed to apply.

3. Recruitment methods and procedures

(1) Publish recruitment information

(2) Registration and qualification review

1. Registration time: within one week from the date of announcement of recruitment information.

2. Registration location: Liaoning Intellectual Property Office (Address: No. 2, Lingdong Street, Huanggu District, Shenyang City).

3. (3) Examination

After the written examination, the Provincial Intellectual Property Office and the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security will determine the minimum passing score.

2. Interview

According to the ratio of recruitment plan to interview number of 1:3, the interview list will be determined according to the order of written test scores from high to low. Those who do not meet the minimum passing score will not be able to participate in the interview. The last interviewer whose written test score is tied will participate in the interview at the same time. The specific time and location will be notified later.

The full interview score is 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Those who do not reach the passing score will not be hired. Candidates please log on to the Liaoning Provincial Intellectual Property Office website (www.lnipo.gov.cn) to check the interview results.

3. Calculation of the total exam score

The total exam score is 100 points, and the weight ratio of the written test and interview scores is 5:5. Those who are tied in terms of overall scores will be ranked in descending order of interview scores.

(4) Physical examination and assessment

Based on the total position weight ranking, the candidates for physical examination and assessment will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 according to the recruitment plan.

The physical examination is conducted in designated hospitals, and the physical examination standards refer to the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" (Guorenbufa [2005] No. 1), "Physical Examination Operation Manual" and "About Effective Maintenance" "Notice on Issues Related to the Enrollment and Employment Rights of Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Carriers" is organized and implemented.

The assessment work focuses on assessing the ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc. of the candidates, and reviewing the application qualifications. If any candidate found to be unqualified for employment during the assessment will be disqualified.

(5) Public announcement and employment

The list of candidates who have passed the physical examination and assessment will be posted on the Liaoning Personnel Examination Network (www.lnrsks.com) and the Liaoning Provincial Intellectual Property Office The announcement will be made on the website

(www.lnipo.gov.cn), and the announcement period will be 7 working days. After the publicity is over, the employer shall handle the employment procedures for those persons who have no doubts about the publicity. Public recruitment of personnel shall implement a probation period system in accordance with regulations.

The probation period generally does not exceed 6 months (the internship period for college graduates is 1 year). If the state has other regulations, the regulations shall apply. The probationary period is included in the term of the employment contract. 4. Discipline and Supervision
