So, why is there such a shortage of nurses?

The low income and heavy workload of nurses are one of the reasons why many nurses can't find suitable jobs and it is difficult for hospitals to recruit a satisfactory nurse medical/learning education network. Nurses' salaries are low, especially new nurses. They have to work for at least one year or three to five years before they can get the same treatment as the old employees when they enter the hospital.

" Whether economically or psychologically, most contract nurses think that establishment is the embodiment of self-worth. Without establishment, social recognition is low. But at present, the establishment of hospitals is mostly occupied by doctors, and there are very few nurses.

5. Influenced by traditional ideas.

There has always been a prejudice that attaches importance to medical treatment over nursing in society, which makes the status and importance of nurses in hospitals ignored.
