Professional requirements of wire and cable engineers:

Education and training: major in wire and cable, polymer materials and insulation materials, college degree or above.

Work experience: familiar with relevant laws and regulations, technical characteristics and requirements of wires and cables; Familiar with cable (PVC and rubber) product standards, inspection standards, production processes and inspection equipment, understand the maintenance of wire and cable equipment, and be able to independently compile relevant process/inspection standards; Skilled in operating AutoCAD and other design software; Good command of English, able to understand English technical standards and formulate English specifications.
