According to the requirements of the Opinions of Huaibei Municipal People's Government on Establishing and Perfecting the Long-term Mechanism of Teacher Supplement and Optimization (Huai Zheng No.200870), with the approval of the Municipal Editorial Board, it was decided to openly recruit 137 teachers from schools directly under the Municipal Education Bureau for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment positions

Second, the application conditions

(four) have the professional conditions that meet the requirements of the post, including:

1. Those who apply for primary school teachers should have a college degree or above recognized by the state and obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate;

2. To apply for junior high school teachers, you should have a nationally recognized bachelor degree or above, have a bachelor degree or above, and obtain corresponding teacher qualifications;

3. Those who apply for senior middle schools and technical secondary schools shall have a full-time undergraduate degree or above in ordinary colleges and universities, and obtain a bachelor's degree or above and the corresponding teacher qualification certificate; Among them, 9 positions in ordinary high schools must have full-time master's degrees and master's degrees in ordinary colleges and universities.

According to the opinion of Huaibei Municipal People's Government on strengthening the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in vocational colleges, ordinary college graduates with intermediate or above relevant professional skills qualifications are allowed to take the teacher qualification examination and obtain the teacher qualification certificate within three years, and those who fail to obtain the teacher qualification certificate after three years will be dismissed.

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration and qualification examination

1. Registration time: June 24 to June 30, 2009 (as usual on weekends), and will not be accepted after the deadline;

2. Registration place: registration hall on the first floor of the Municipal Education Bureau (No.52 Hongshan Road, Huaibei City);

3. Registration method: on-site registration, divided into 4 groups according to the recruitment position;

4. Qualification examination: At the same time of registration, candidates must provide ID card, education, degree certificate, copy of teacher qualification certificate 1 copy, and 4 recent two-inch bareheaded photos with the same background. Among them, fresh graduates can replace graduation certificates and degree certificates with employment recommendation forms for graduates from ordinary colleges and universities, and replace teacher qualification certificates with certificates issued by teacher qualification accreditation bodies. Fill in the registration form and confirm it after passing the qualification examination.

5. Registration fee: At the time of registration, applicants must pay the written examination fee according to the documents of Anhui Provincial Price Bureau (45 yuan for each subject, * * * is divided into professional subjects and comprehensive subjects, counting 90 yuan/person);

6. Precautions:

(1) Each candidate is limited to 1 position;

(2) After the registration, if the ratio of the number of recruitment positions in each discipline to the number of applicants is less than 1:3, the number of recruitment positions in this discipline will be cancelled or reduced accordingly, and the competition ratio of positions in short supply of majors or in urgent need of talents can be relaxed to 1:2. If it is lower than 1:2, the post will be cancelled. On July 1 day, the posts cancelled due to the failure to reach the competition ratio were announced on Huaibei Government Network, Huaibei Education Network and Huaibei Personnel Network. Candidates who apply for cancelled positions can change to other qualified positions at the registration point before July 3. Candidates who have not changed to other positions will no longer take the written test, and the examination fee will be refunded to me.

(2) Get an admission ticket

Candidates will receive the admission ticket from the registration hall on the first floor of the Municipal Education Bureau from July 13 to June 14, 2009 with their valid identity documents and registration fee receipts. Failing to receive the admission ticket within the time limit is deemed to be a waiver. Candidates should carefully read the remarks on the admission ticket and the rules of the examination room, hold their valid identity documents and admission ticket, and take the written test at the specified time and place.

3. Precautions:

(1) The written test does not specify reference books;

(2) In 2007, the written test scores of 187 college graduates enrolled by Huaibei Education Bureau, Personnel Bureau and Finance Bureau and completed their services increased by 2 points in each subject.

4. Publication of written test results: From July 27th to 29th, candidates' scores in all subjects and comprehensive written test results will be publicized on Huaibei Government Network, Huaibei Education Network and Huaibei Personnel Network.

(4) Publish the list of interviewers.

According to the written test scores from high to low, the interviewer list is determined according to the ratio of the number of positions to the number of applicants in each subject 1: 2. (5) Qualification examination and issuance of interview notice.

Candidates who enter the interview will bring the original ID card, diploma, degree certificate and teacher qualification certificate to the registration hall on the first floor of the Municipal Education Bureau for qualification review from August 2 to 3, and receive the interview notice after the review and pay the interview fee (80 yuan/person); Candidates who fail to pass the re-examination or attend the re-examination on time will be disqualified from the interview, and the vacancies will be filled in the qualification re-examination according to the written test scores of the corresponding positions from high to low.

(6) Interview

According to the number of recruitment positions in various disciplines, the physical examination objects are determined from high scores to low scores. If there are more than two people with the same total score in the last exam, take the one with the highest written test score; If the written test score is still the same, take the one with the highest score in the professional subject.

(9) Physical examination

Candidates who violate the recruitment discipline will be disqualified from the examination or employment according to the regulations.
