The exam is divided into written test and interview. The recruitment of staff with doctoral degrees can be organized by direct interview with simplified procedures, and the interview results are the total test scores.

Step 2 interview

Teachers' job interviews are conducted by means of trial lectures and defense, mainly to examine whether candidates have the basic qualities and skills of the post, as well as the professional foundation and theoretical literacy required by the post. (4) Inspection and physical examination
